Cathy Witlox

Cathy has earned recognition and praise from authors and professionals on three continents for her instructional articles about grammar and writing, more than 50 of which have been published on the "Learn to Write" channel of the eHarlequin.com Web site. Through her articles, Cathy shows a rare talent for making English grammar interesting, fun, and easy to understand.

Cathy's experience with the written word includes copy editing, stylistic editing, proofreading, copywriting, fact checking, and both fiction and nonfiction writing and rewriting. She has provided these services to publishing houses, Web sites, magazines, newspapers, marketing companies, corporations, professional associations, individuals, and even a medical school.

As well as conducting one-day grammar workshops, she teaches a 12-week grammar and writing course for professionals at the University of Toronto's School of Continuing Studies.
